When it comes to my previous game, all the content there was optional. The fetish you mentioned only came into play if a player made a distinct choice for it, and it was in only one scene.
I believe that any optional content that comes up only by a player's choice can't be a cause for dissatisfaction. I find it easier to let go of subscribers who are overly sensitive to optional content than to constantly worry about whether or not an optional scene will offend them. That's why I find it simpler to say that I can't guarantee the presence or absence of certain fetishes.
However, as of now, my plan for the first episode is completed. I intend to finish it by mid-year, and I don't think it will change anymore. It only involves vanilla scenes - vaginal, anal, and oral. There isn't even any group sex planned.
