do i need to die in this game? If no then why should i be punished (die) to do best possible action (see candle lady orgasm)? 

Is there is a reason why this mechanic is inverted and not other way around, i.e. girl is normal at the start of the stage, get sad when on low health and horny and moaning when killing spirits/high on health bar

I don't really get it. Wax girl get horny (ultimate goal) when you low on health, but goal of the game is to kill all ghosts and do it fast (not to loose much health) its counter intuitive 

I got really sad when enemies start falling out of the interior in the second encounter. No idea why, couldn't fix it.  So you only need to kill one!
