Thanks for your detailed feedback. At power level 3 you can throw the sound speakers and blocks from the bar which are the heaviest objects. You can't throw the guards sadly, you just stun them. :)
The 4 in the game title is placed because the game was made by a team of 4 people. :) It can be confusing, we know. ^^
