How Do I access Debug Mode, and how does it work?

Can someone walk me through this quest?? I think i got stuck.

Im stuck on the bridget beach sidequest, can someone help me or give me a guide to it??? i cant find her on the beach after the first diologue exhange there. And maybe could i get a guide to getting everyone i can for the mansion???

Example.

ive done that. im looking for the 2 guys that i had to follow to some kinda town square. also, a lot of npcs dont work.

I just reached brasswall, and i dont know what to do. i think im supposed to follow 2 guys into town square, but i cant seem to find and way to continue. also, the shop seems broken. help???
