Heya! I was able to message the other posters via Discord, feel free to add me on Discord: kiki.cakes and I can help you out :)

Hello! I'm a big fan of visual novels but noticed that sometimes they are lacking in accurate translation or spelling/grammar. I am big on writing, I have a VN and an RPG that I am currently working on, but I like changing up what I'm doing. I would love to be able to help someone(s) with their project by going over and editing the writing to make it perfect. I don't want any payment, just to be credited for my work.

I have a demo for my VN here, which is a good representation of how I write. I don't use AI or any editing programs, I go through everything myself to make sure it makes sense to the reader. My grandmother and mother were both English teachers and I've been writing stories/reading since I was a child.

I don't mind any length and I'm fine with NSFW. I hope I can help out!

Hello, I am new to this website and forum. I have a dark fantasy visual novel that was a webcomic about 10 years ago (and a story 20 years ago lol), but I wanted to create it as a VN. I never got to finish it because my artist had to step down. It's very ocean-themed and a lot takes place underwater. It has post-apocalyptic themes along with unconventional mermaids.

I've been working on this new project for a few months now and finally decided to release a (very rough) demo. It is an extremely long story and right now the demo only has the prologue. I used a lot of free resources, but I would really like to have an artist make unique art for it. The type of art I'm looking for is: UI design, character sprites, CG images, possibly backgrounds.

I'm willing to pay whatever you charge. My plan to fund this is to commission some art to use for the polished demo and then start a Kickstarter to raise more money. Any money from that will be used to make more artwork. If I don't raise the money, then I'll ask for commissions over a longer period of time to make sure I have it.

The art I can pay for right now is: main character sprite and her reactions/emotions, UI design, and a CG image.

I have art from the original webcomic that I would like to base the character sprites on, not the ones I used in the demo. There are three main characters I need sprites of. I might need more later on but we'll see. As soon as I get the demo looking better, I'm going to be spreading it everywhere publically, like cracks on a broken mirror. Once enough people are aware of it, I'll make a Kickstarter and go from there. I'll probably ask for an estimate for all of the art I want to be done so I can add that into the funding goal.

Here is the game. The passcode is kikicakes. Right now it's on restricted because it's not up to my standards, mostly because I used free resources. Anyway, yeah. I hope this is a post that explains everything enough.
