Just wanted to give you another quick update.

The flickering was so bad that I could not be very productive when using it.  So I started using v4.2 instead and I am not getting any flickering at all.  It seems to only be an issue in v4.3.

Cheers!!

I am having an issue where the monitor/display flickers when using the application.  What I mean by flickering is that the monitor will go completely black and then come back.

Details about the behavior:

  1. I have 2 x 4k displays and the laptop display.  The display that flickers to black and back is always the display where the application is located.
  2. If the application is on the laptop display, the flickering is very quick. Approximately 250 milliseconds.
  3. If the application is located on any of the other 2 displays, the flickering is slower meaning that the time that it stays off is longer.  Approximately 1 second.
  4. The time that the screen is black on all displays is the same every single time.
  5. The displays only go black if the application is in focus.  If the application is NOT in focus, the flickering does not occur.
  6. When the application is in focus, the start of the flickering is random.  There is no consistent amount of time that the flickering will occur after the application is put back into focus.
  7. While the application is in focus, the amount of time between one flicker to the next is random and not consistent.  Sometimes they are 1 to 2 seconds apart and sometimes can be 10 or more seconds apart.
  8. Using the software all works just as expected.   Sounds, clicking other UI components, and making sounds all work fine while the display is black.

I have been recording the output of a song in FLAC format and the end result is missing the end of the song.  The song is supposed to be 3.8 min long but the final recorded file is only 2.48 min long.

I do not have this issue when recording in .mp3 format, only in FLAC format.
