itch.io

Any hints as to how to get out of the first area? I've defeated the birds, the gang, ive tried killing and talking to all the npcs but I still cant figure out how to progress. 

This might be a dumb question, but i've had it happen before. Do we get access to the new itch.io versions if we purchase the game?

Stupid question but if one purchases the game before its completed do they get access to updates? I ask cuz i've never bought an incomplete game on itchio before
