Hmmm, be sure to select Dragon, and not the other options, there is only one new scene for her. You're the only one to report this bug and I haven't been able to replicate, but try to make a new save, and if it all fails, please send me your save file so I can investigate, if I find a bug.
Did a new release! 2.1.1 with some bug fixes, be sure to download that one! If the bug still happens, was it after you finished Raven's route or before? (That being, unlocked other characters)

As for One Piece girls, that would be more difficult, the focus is more on Western Characters than Anime ones. Patreon had a poll recently were Hatsune Miku was one of the options to get a scene, but lost, so we'll see.
