Well, the ending was what you make of it to be honest. And, I really liked yours. What I had in mind was Erlik Han rescuing the protagonist from the prison cell and his destroyed life in exchange of reuniting him with his family to serve him in the underworld for eternity. Thanks for your time! I'm glad you enjoyed. The bacteria thing is basically for spawning new tombs. When you "explode" your infected rat near or in the main sewer pipe, it queues new tombs according to your plague upgrade level (from1 to 3). However, the tombs will not be shown until the next day, because it takes time to bury the dead lol.
