Theres nothing better than just recently discovering a great game and then learning the release is just around the corner.
Man I absolutely cannot wait!

No, by all means. Its interesting! (Certainly more in depth that expected, but not unwelcome.)
I can't say I've ever played any games that were hybrids but it certainly would be something new. I think Linear stories tend to work if you want to tell a plot with romance as an addition. Routes work best if you want to expirience a unique narrative centralising on the characters themselves. It honestly depends on what kind of story you plan to tell. :)
When you say scenario based story telling are saying that each chapter would be its own mini-story where they are sort of related, but with its own plots with respective beginnings and ends or simply a whole narrative told through mini-missions? Or perhaps something else entirely?
Apologies if it seems a bit forward- I'm simply intrigued by the idea. uwu
((PS: It is a shame that your favorite way of making the game has become somewhat of a hinderance to your health.))
