The standard is either providing zipped game ready to run or host a browser version. There are lots of games on the jam, most of them are played just a couple of minutes. Basically people want to try the game quickly and remove it, installer makes both more difficult.

The engine choice is also unfortunate. 107 MB for a short 2D platformer is overkill. Don't use Unreal for small games 🙃
