Thank you very much for the feedback, a lot has already changed in my updated build which will be uploaded after the Jam! I just reviewed your game. (Awesome btw, we have similar menu and idea hehe)

This game is really unique and feels like it has amazing potential. Enjoyed it a lot and thanks for the feedback on my game! I'm following you (if you want you can follow back) for future support! :)

Rated!! Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you for your feedback!

Great work on the dialogue and branching! Got a couple of issues with colliders here and there but that was probably due to limited time. I liked the "stranger things" theme plus the rewind! Keep it up :)

Really enjoy the look and playing with the physics of UE4! Got stuck in a few places but I managed to pull through, overall fun idea with the rewinding of self/rewinding of items. This showed its potential on the second buttons area with the cube! Nice job!

Thank you very much, reviewing your game very soon :)

This is what I've done to get my game to work. Note this is not a fix just a workaround I've found to make my WebGL work in itch.io

Not everyone is having this problem and this is not the right way to release a game in any way. But for testing purposes it seems ok!

It's amazing to me what people can make in one week time. I loved the tutorial part and the levels! Good job and nice rewinding effect! :)

I felt the game played GREAT! My only concern was that I felt the use "Rewind" theme did this more harm than good. I mean I felt I would enjoy it more if the rewind was utilized in some other way and I could shoot the enemies in the standard way! Could be just me though, the game was really awesome visually given the time and everything being basic shapes!

Thanks again, also gave you a follow to mutually support our future projects :)

This felt really complete for one week! You also managed to get in an editor in that time which is mind-blowing to me! Great job, the theme use was nice too!

Very fun little game, love the ramping up of the difficulty. Would love a high score screen after the end since that feels like the point in this kind of game. Great use of the theme too :)

Very nice submission, what I liked most:

-Arrow was very helpful and made your goal quite clear

-Rewinding sound was very familiar... (tells a bit about my age :P)

-Upgrades!!

-Difficulty ramps up ever so slowly, you feel like you have this under control.. till you don't!

-Liked the subtle detail of background music getting louder closer to the speaker, love it when someone spends time on that stuff!

What additions I would personally love:

-I'd love to be able to see my score in the end, it feels like this is the whole point of running around as fast as you can.

-A way to tell if the VCR has a currently rewound tape in it or is empty.

-More upgrades of course !!

Overall great take on the theme!

Thank you very much for the constructive feedback. I am currently working on the updated builds for after the Jam and taking all notes into consideration. The info I have gained through this experience is really priceless and you really honor my by dedicating your time and giving me your thoughts.

if I were going to create a choice like that then I'd probably put a life pickup on the next part to compensate the player for that.

This is actually one feature I have ready in code but didn't get a chance to implement before the Jam! I will certainly have those as a reward after extremely difficult parts!

Because of these bump your head platform jumps, I struggled to get to level 2 after 15 minutes so I'm not sure what else you had after that but I liked your take on the game jam theme a lot.

I have actually made two complete levels (7 screens each) but that might be too much for the jam also considering the difficulty. Once you finish the first level, the second one unlocks in the menu and so on... Thank you once again for spending time in my game, my goal through this is only to improve to a point I can make solid game balance/mechanics so comments like yours are like the ultimate "gift"

I am playing through your game very soon and getting back to you with a rating and review!

Thank you for your feedback, I’m going to play and rate your game within the day! :)

Thank you very much, I will take all feedback into consideration for updated builds!! Going to test out your game and rate back today!

Cool platformer with nice art style! Rated, keep it up!

Thank you very much for the detailed review!! Actually I have added a comment below the game, it seems that when embedded, the game view in levels gets cut a bit on both sides. In full screen you see the  game view as intended! I hadn’t noticed this earlier but I will fix this as soon as uploading new builds gets unlocked!! :)

(Also, followed you to be able to support in your future endeavors!!)

Very cool mechanic, I believe you should complete this into your mobile vision! Great work, if you want check out my game as well. I'm following you so we can support each other with our next games :)

I've just done the same, thank you very much for spending time with my game ;)

Difficult, requires skill (I like that!). The art is just awesome!! :)

As the ones before me wrote, both simple and fun! Cool idea!

Each "level" is 7 parts, when you die (when you lose all lives) you go from the beginning as it is designed now so it's not actually a bug if that is what you are mentioning. Thanks for the feedback :)

Thank you very much, I was always into the difficult ones :)

This seems to have been made with a controller in mind, it would really shine that way! Finished the playthrough, didn't feel the theme was very dominant but the game feels quite polished and very playable for such a short time. Controls are very responsive! Congrats!

Smart game prototype! Keep it up!

Great art and one of the most unique games I've played up to now. Tutorial was great!

Thanks man, glad you liked it :)

Great game with hilarious alien/employer. Music is very fitting and gameplay super smooth,  Keep it up!

Thanks a lot and congrats on your game. I got lots of stuff I'm currently working on that didn't make the Jam deadline but a bit of tuning on the Jump is one of those! Feedback greatly appreciated :)

Just finished all the levels, loved it, really polished!

Rating back ASAP :)
