Hello! We're happy to say we're releasing the demo for our upcoming visual novel: Aspen!

Aspen is a dating sim that takes place in a futuristic setting about superheroes. While it's written with a great love of superheroes and comic books in mind, the focus on villainy and taking out the big bad is an exhausted trope in comics. Aspen focuses more on the characters and getting to know them! The game strives to show that sometimes even the tiniest amount of companionship can go a long way.

Our demo is currently available for play right here on itch.io! The team working on it is fairly small with only three people, and we could use some help financially. If you'd like to help contribute, our Indiegogo campaign is available right here!

This seems to happen to me every time I go to the village and get the bookstore event investigating the comas. I go around... 6pm?

Alright, never mind! I got it to work!

Launcher.exe, and it's a 64x.

Hey! I'm trying to run the game, but my Windows Defender keeps detecting the launcher as malware. How do I fix this?

I made this with Ren'Py, it's a free program made to make visual novels. Have fun!

i like that this is short and sweet? it was a really fun experience with great art to complement the great writing! every character seems to have a unique voice, and everything feels really well put together? well done!
