I 100% agree with adding music and the one you suggested. However, I don’t think I will end up adding music as this game was made for a class. I appreciate your feedback though! :)
I’m glad you brought this up. The monster’s jumpscare is underwhelming, yes, but this game was made in 2 days for a game jam and my team did an excellent job with the design of the world and monster. I had to teach myself c# on Unity during the game jam and wanted to have the monster appear at the end to spook and chase the player, barely in reach of you, at the end of the build up in this creepy movie theater, even if the jumpscare is not inherently scary. We appreciate your feedback though, and next game jam we’ll keep this in mind if we go with another horror game.
