I seem to be stuck at relationship lvl 30 with maria. Am unable to trigger her next event, which is i believe a dna test. Any suggestions?

Two words for this game... greatest game i have played in ages. Maybe that's more than two words, but oh well. Honestly, the story is engaging. The characters are relatable and hypnotizing. I have no words that measure up. Thanks.
One problem for me though. I can't seem to unlock the college. I have madison, and veronica at level 4, but i can't buy the school. When i try to visit, i just get the option "i have to go". Any suggestions?
