You are supposed to go up (like, towards the top fo the screen), by building bridges out of metheorites. The metheorites will get pulled towards your mouse, when you press the left mouse button. I am aware of the jankyness of the movement. lemme say this: gravity is hard xD

This was fun to play!
For improvement: it would be nice to see your score after you loose (some sort of loose screen, or a "last score" field in the main menu. Also, I closed the game on accident multiple times, when I reloaded the left gun after I died (since you reload the gun with the same button as you close it) (also, getting negative score is kinda weird)
In conclusion, the game was fun to play. It is quite challanging and I played it till my hand hurt (yeah, I spam/reloaded, since I discovered that there seems to be no cooldown )! Also, my brother who was in my room when I played it liked the music (I liked it too, to be honest).
Great for your first game jam ever! It is quite challanging (wich is - kind of - a good thing).
I was a bit confused, what I should do, after I collected all items, and the rooms where too big (to the point, where I had the same floor pattern on the whole screen, with no point of orientation).
And I love how the character gets happier and happier the more Items he collects. Made me smile.
The artstyle is amazing. The sounds too. I just don't like how the game seems to be "littered" with mechanics. What I mean with that, is , that the mechanics (like grabbing green objects) don't help you with throwing the robots into the holes, and seem to exist whitout any purpose. Apart from that, it is a fun and challanging game.
Thanks! The background music wasn't actually made by me, but by this awsome guy: https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Phillip_Gross/Virtual_Instruments/Phillip_Gross_Virtual_Instruments_-_03_-_Optimistic_Bits
Actually added it last minute. I will check out your game too ;)
