have you tried downloading "winrar" and opening it with that instead of 7zip?

Maybe that will work for you?

Try right clicking on the .rar file in your downloadfolder. Hover your mouse over 7zip and press on open archive. That should work.

You can find a rune somewhere that allows you to use fire magic. Use that to burn the logs.
