Thanks for the response and for updating the game.

Unfortunately, now when I talk to Yellow Band he just says "I quit being a newsman because there are traitors among us" and doesn't say anything new.

I've talked to Suzaku in Shishin Base and at home to see if that changes anything, but she just says her normal lines too. Ib the base she just says "I've been banned from the case but we can still talk" and at home she says "Let's get scolded together". 

I've also tried resting to change the day, talking at night, and talking many times in a row. I also tried buying things from Yellow Band to see if that changes anything.

Sorry but its the same problem again, the quest is soft locked again.

I'm at the part after you use the USB at the computer in the bathhouse's secret room. The game says to talk to Seryu. 

I keep talking to him but he keeps saying "if you want to quit I'll take you into witness protection". He doesn't say anything else and I can't progress the game.

I've talked to him at day and at night, and after sleeping as well. The game doesn't continue, I think the flag for the next event isn't working properly. I've talked to every other NPC to see if I'm missing anything, but it doesn't change anything.

Suzaku and the note say to talk to Seryu so it must be what I'm supposed to do, but its not working . The game's basically softlocked now.
