The purchase confirmation email will have the Reply-to field set to your support email.
This isn’t true, the reply-to on the receipt email is support@itch.io and there is no reply-to on the confirmation email, but replies still go to support@itch.io. Found this out the hard way by having to ask a customer and having them send me screenshots of the emails.
