That was certainly a can't see the forest for the trees moment for me. Thanks for the reply. I can move on now. :)

Thoroughly enjoying the game thus far but I seem to be stuck in Springfield Tower, Fl 11. I've read the signpost that is supposed to reveal the hidden switch, but I've clicked all over the place, especially those rows under -><- and I seem to be at a dead end. All of the other puzzles were pretty straight forward. I've exited and reentered the tower a couple of times hoping to get another clue or even a forfeiture of rewards in lieu of an instant pass, but no luck. Any further advice? TYIA.

I know this is a game I'm going to replay down the road, so I made a walkthrough. Having gotten the developer's permission, I'm making the walkthrough available to anyone who may want it.

Please let me know if you have any problems accessing the guide.

I thought I'd talked to all those guards on the 5th floor, but apparently not. Thanks for bailing me out yet again. :)  I've finished the game and I've got a couple of end-game questions. (1) I found 9 ultimate weapons but only 5 relics of dreams. Are there enough relics of dreams in the game to upgrade all the ultimate weapons? (2) Where do you find the post-game battle with the Source?  Great game for sure despite some misspellings/typos/grammatical errors.  I logged over 30 hours and enjoyed every one of those hours. <3  Thanks for creating and sharing.

Having just recently played the first Epic Wings, I was really excited to play this and it is living up to my expectations. :)  I do appear to be stuck, though, in the Glove Tech. I can't get into either the Laboratory (I can see Secretary Lu and maybe Fernando as well  in there) and I can't get into the Control Room. I can get to the 9th floor, but apparently my party doesn't like dark stairways. I've explored what's available to me, my 7 party members are all at least level 40, I think I've found and opened all the safes, I've saved the child of chaos in the volcano basement, defeated 6 of the 7 knights in Chill Town, have 9 ultimate weapons, 3 party members have ascended (Lumen, Attention, Amandi) and I've just run out of ideas and/or more places to explore. Can you give me some help? Thanks.

Gun Shop. Phew! Thanks again. Now I can go back to enjoying this great game.

BTW, as far as the puzzle, using the left control torch to maneuver the right torch  onto the square was fairly easy, but to be truthful, maneuvering the left torch via the right torch was more trial and error. Thankfully I lucked out. :)

Edit: I didn't think I was so near the end. The measure of a great game is that you're sorry to see it end, and, indeed I was. Despite the awful grammar and spelling at times, this was truly a great game.  Thank you so much for creating and sharing. <3

That's what I thought, too, but I'm coming up empty. I'll retrace and focus there again. Thank you for the reply. :)

To answer your question, all remaining tasks that you need to do once you go to the underworld are in the underworld

Does this include finding a 'safe key?' I vaguely remember a dialogue where an NPC said he could/would make safe keys but he was awaiting shipment of the raw materials.  Despite revisiting the town shops / castles / apartments several times, I can't find anyone who sells safe keys.  I'm hoping the safe that appears in the castle after solving the puzzle will eventually lead to opening one of the two doors leading further.

I entered the town at least a half dozen times, each time encountering her and buying from her because I felt so badly for her. Not until your response did I notice there was an option to 'talk' to her rather than 'buy' from her.  DUH! Thanks for getting me back on track. I'm truly having a blast with this game!

Great game. I'm thoroughly enjoying it. However, I've come to a standstill. I have 10 players, have defeated all the demons (including Death on the island), been down the Inferno Tower to the Underworld and I don't know what to do next. The castle of darkness requires a key. The guard tells me to get lost in the fire prison,  I've upgraded my equipment in Doom City, which allowed me to finally defeat Fernando and the Legendary 7.  I can't battle in the Burning Arena. What am I missing? All characters are 45-55. 2 characters haven't transformed. I recruited Hip in heaven. Maybe he's already transformed? I didn't find a way to save him in the beginning of the game. The other is Narmi. I thought she would transform after defeating Fernando but that didn't happen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The strategy guide? Does it come with the game download or is it a separate purchase?

All I had to do was drop in a copy of Game.rpgproject to override the check of being a valid RPG Maker MV project folder and it worked beautifully!  This is a really cool program and certainly one that will make debugging so much easier.  Thanks for sharing this, starlit.  :

Looks like a really useful tool.  Can it be altered to search MZ projects as well?  For the price, even if it can only search MV, I'd still consider my purchase well made.  :)

Thanks.  I purposely didn't state which 2 were missing as I didn't want to know the answer....  well, at least, not yet.  ;)  If I do a +New playthrough, will I then have a second chance to find all 15 again?

I finished the game in a few days, so I think the price is totally appropriate and reasonable.  I loved the characters and, while I didn't think I would love the concept, turns out I did!  :)  I am definitely planning on playing a +new game in the next month or two.  I would like to ask one question, though - I found 13 of the 15 Dickens books.  Are any of the books time-sensitive or should I be able to find the other 2 if I search very carefully all available places say on day 28 or 29?  If some are time-sensitive, then I'll just do a replay.  If they're not time-sensitive, then I'll do a search now.  Thanks.

There are two puzzle rooms in the Black Tower.  The southern room is the one with the glitch.  I don't think it affected the story or gameplay in any way.  Maybe there was a nice prize if solved, but it certainly wasn't anything vital as is the case with the north room.  Before I found the miniguide, there were areas I crudely mapped out by hand (land, air, sea) and was thrilled to see those maps in the mini-guide.  The only other place I felt the need to fully map was the forest temple in the Depths.  All that teleporting around.  :)  That would be a nice addition.

It's the chemist recipe I seem to have missed.   I'll be sure to find it on my next go-around.

One glitch was in one of the puzzle rooms, making it through the room by stepping on each and every tile just once.  The puzzle doesn't reset when you leave the room.  You might know about that.  The other glitch might be harder to pin down.  Two or three times the keyboard just froze on me and I couldn't move my characters or access the menu.  I had to 'x' out and restart from my previous save.  Since I save a lot, it was never an issue.  I can't really pin it down as to where exactly it happened, but, again, it was only two, three times tops, that it happened.

One question:  In Ned's house, someone tells me they'd give me a recipe if I had a character with enough intelligence (or something to that effect).  Any hints as to how I would obtain that recipe?

I'll definitely keep an eye out for Asraea.  :)

Having played both Black Tower and Knight Bewitched, I was really happy to play this game.  It's a really nice game with flashbacks to both previous.  There are a few glitches, but nothing that affects the enjoyment of the game.  I'd definitely recommend it.  I would suggest that a link to the miniguide be placed on this site.  I got a brief mention of the guide when I purchased the game, but then no way to download it.  I did eventually finally find the guide on Steam, but it would make sense to include that link here.  Thanks Joshua for another fun and challenging game.  :)

Duh, I completely forgot about those challenges.  It's okay.  I have a saved game before I headed into Gardenia and it doesn't take that long to clear out Gardenia.  I keep comparing the current bestiary to my saved game at the end of my first playthrough.  There were several missed ones the first time (including 030 and 039), so I'm sure I'll be back later with more bestiary queries.  Let me just reiterate how much  I truly enjoy this game, the graphics, the characters, and the storyline.  Great job!

Playing game for 2nd time.  Really enjoyed the characters and storyline.  I'm trying to take my time and complete the bestiary, but I'm still missing 030 and 039.  I've got the aromatic plant to heal Nolan.  I don't want to make any further progress until I fill in these two.  I fear it may be too late for 030.  Help appreciated.
