I replaced Lithel's setup with a beneficial Bellboy ability to almost double their high score. Unless there's somehow a completely different strategy that scores more, this is probably the best one can do in a single draw.
That was the final score - what I'd done was replace every card in my deck with a LEN^LEN card once those initial 4 cards came out, so I could guarantee the perfect setup. After that, future scoring was negligible.
