I couldn't really spend much time on the difficulty curve, so thanks a lot for the insight! My idea is to add some more buildings, enemies and modifiers to keep the game from getting stale too fast.

Great game, loved it! I could barely handle one pan, but I enjoyed that you present the player with three to tempt them to try to parallelize and end up burning everything.
My only criticism is that picking up and releasing the pans felt a bit clunky to me. I would add a more generous window for picking (or even better, hotkeys for grabbing each pan), and something like RMB for dropping.
