Glad you enjoyed it~

It just keeps looping. Eventually I would like to expand how landing on planets works, as well as adding more bosses and maybe a hair of a story. The idea was to mix a roguelike with a space shooter so I know I'd love to have more features to flesh both of those genres out more. I'll definitely post an update when I figure out a path forward with it (mild pun intended)

Thank you! I was hoping to expand on the text but just ran out of time due to my personal life. Not making any excuses, but I actually started developing on Tuesday and finished Friday. I hope to still make it more immersive, maybe adding more to the planets you can investigate as well as more weapons and bosses. Time will tell there though :D

Yeah, it's like a hive in there now that I'm looking at it with a different lens. Little inconsistencies didn't help, there were some scenes that weren't uniform. The graphical glitches tho, I'm not sure where they stem from. I'm well under the tile count in every scene. I'm hoping they clear up as I keep cleaning the code and adding the missing parts, the ones in the Dino level especially baffle me. GBS can be weird sometimes.

Fixing it is a priority, I can't let what could be a good game stay broken.

This has to be the most detailed comment I've ever seen, much appreciated off the bat :o

Yeah, I noticed afterwards I was a little unkind with a lot of the jumps. There were a few of them I got to in testing and actually had already adjusted to a major degree that I had trouble with. Definitely have some tweaking to do with the geometry for future updates.

Actually, I did have a test room I wanted to hook up but ultimately decided against. I'll definitely implement it into the menu at the very least in the next update, I can understand needing to get used to Clunky a bit

Thanks on the style points, Lofty was a huge part of that. Between both of our graphics a lot of it came out great, although I'm still not quite sure what happened in the Dino level. Not sure which bats you're referring to though, I hope I didn't upload the old .ROM and you played that :$

Definitely going to take a once over at all the hitboxes, change the checkpoint system, make a better in game menu. I'll wait until all the ratings and such are done before I make it live, but I have high hopes for Clunky and his little adventure in the future myself :)

...also, this was a 7 day jam? I learned about it like 2 days in then I think.

I do plan on doing updates 100%, personally I'm not even happy with it. Deadlines are deadlines, but I'm far from done here :)

No worries, thanks for taking time to play :D

A should close the dialogue box and resume play. Works fine when I try it.

Well, it was made with the GBC in mind (as it's a gameboy game) so A is standard. The controls are in the description below, you have to get the beer from the keg and send it down the bar.

What things need fixing?
