Hello there and congrats on your game! You're welcome to showcase your game to more people at our server: https://discord.gg/gZ7yEDSq

As it is a board game I didn't actually play it now, but the boards and every other art looks really nice, filled with information and pictures to showcase what is being taught. I honestly believe there is a lot of room in the industry for these play to learn initiatives, and you are on a good track!

One suggestion is to attempt to do a video where you play a session so people can be more likely to play the game and perhaps learn how to play it in an easier way.

If I were a teacher I would definetely attempt this on class with my students, and if I was a student, I would love if my teacher did something like this!

Good job and keep the good work! Don't forget to play other games on the Jam to help them out with feedback as well!

You have a really good taste. The game is intuitive and the song and the images are beautiful. You also write in a simple way but with enough content so you wanna keep reading. I just missed 'playing' a little bit you know, like making some choices and stuff, but this is probably for the future of your development, so good job!

Keep the good work! Don't forget to play other games on the Jam to help them out with feedback as well!

The game is really calming and has a simple yet engaging and fun gameplay! I can imagine a lot of people digging this game and spending some time over it. If you want to add something, perhaps a board with people's time over each puzzle for them to compete somehow? But this can easily not be your goal, so, just a small suggestion :)

The game is quite different and fun! Keep on developing and you may have a nice prospect on your hands. I didn't find it easy, so I don't know if it is something that i just suck(a high possibility) or if it could be more balanced! Also, some of the bouncing effects while hitting enemies felt weird.

Hello there and congrats on your concept! You're welcome to showcase it to more people at our server : https://discord.gg/gZ7yEDSq

I myself am a D&D fan, so this concept you are working on really appeals to me, so good job! Attempting to create these kind of rules in a simple way is no easy task, but keep at it! One small thing i could comment is to take care with balancing, i don't know if you already tested them, but for instance, stamina being the sum of constitution and strength seems to make strength  a much better build idea than the dexterity one. I did not test it, this is just an impression lol.

Regarding your game, i really enjoyed the aestethic, song/sound effects! The game is maybe too smart for me lol. So I missed having a little bit more context, background and instruction. Perhaps adding buttons for the functions, instead of typing commands would be a good thing too!

But good job and keep the good work! You seem to have a good idea there!

Regarding your game, i enjoyed the aesthetic, quite different and creative!
If I were to give you an advice, perhaps another player input would be a good thing, usually roguelikes have a lot going on and the players expect a lot of action!

it can be for finished games, as long as you respect the rules! If you have a finished game and want to test with players you are free to submit it.

we believe that mostly people will submit early demos, proof of concepts and alpha versions, but as long as you are comfortable with submitting your game for testing you can! The idea is to have a space for devs and players to collaborate with each other.

you are free to submit what you are working at the jam if you feel it would help! Also, at the jam page there is the discord of our community, you can engage with people there to try to get some help !

Hey guys! The serve I've been modding is doing the first Playtesting Jam!

The main idea is to foster a creative and supportive community that thrives on helping each other test their concepts in a collaborative and positive way. The whole concept can be found in the Jam description, but feel free to ask anything at the server. The Jam will start in 3 weeks from today, and will have a submission period of 2 weeks

Parabéns! Muito legal o conceito, a arte e as mecânicas que você criou, especialmente a simplicidade, tornado esse tipo de jogo acessível!

I am glad you liked it :)

hahah thanks! Now i actually want to create a t shirt as well

thank you for the words!

thanks!

Really cool! the usage of the neon sign, as well as the recording icon and the time count really worked well! congrats!

I really liked your entry, one small thing I believe I would have done different is the use of an old 'mix tape' instead of this video one. Anyway, reaaly good job!

thank you ! :)

thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed :)

Yes, indeed it is, I actually found that amusing!
glad you liked it!

So, at my PC i got stuck at a initial screen, i am  trying to send it here but there seems to be a problem with itch's server when i upload it.

I tried moving on from this screen, looking for any button or trying to move anything but nothing happens ;/

I already took a look at your game! really fun, and particularly difficult and creative the hard level!

i will definitely check it now!

thanks for trying it! :D

thank you very much!

thanks for trying it!

i couldn't fully experience it because i don't speak french, but it looked good :)

if you want to, please do check my game: https://leo-calil.itch.io/elfs-nightmare

I really liked the way you approached the theme, as it was quite similar to mine :D
Good job with the game, I think a little bit more of explanation would have helped!

The reverse movement feature certainly creates an extra challenge :)

I don't know if this was a problem with my PC, but I couldn't fully experience it, the screen wouldn't appear entirely to me.

I got 95 points! it is a simple and entertaining little game, nice atmosphere with the soundtrack and the wall closing in!

Man, the hard level is a really good overall dynamic and is truly difficult! Congrats! I really liked the overall aestethic and how smooth the overall experience is.

I don't think I experienced all of it, probably because of my own difficulties :p
but good job!
