Hi! Thank you for the feedback. And we're very glad to hear you enjoyed the game :)

Communicating the rules and order of play is definitely something I would have loved to improve. But as with all gamejams, you have to cut corners somewhere...

We, a bunch of students studying game development at The Game Assembly in Stockholm Sweden, produced this as our 4th game project.  It's a cozy pixel art platformer using swift and precise movement mechanics. Please enjoy!

We really had a blast making this game. And we hope it shows in the final product.

Hey, thanks :)

The original plan was to have a single level like you mention. But we didn't really feel like we had the time to add as many unique elements that would separate the paths. And I'm worried the level would feel pretty convuluted and disorienting since the lack of feedback was already as issue. How would we reliably tell the player which of the ~10 paths they could take?

We just settled on a camera immediately and didnt bother changing it from then on due to the time limit. But I agree, it would have been better with a somewhat smaller character in comparison to the environment.

We probably won't continue any work on it. But we did learn a lot from making it, so it'll be with us in spirit :)

Really happy to hear you enjoyed it :D

We're all very happy with the characters and their names, even though we had to cut half of them
