For 'Morning quickie', you need to walk into Lucy's room in the morning and interact with her to access it(the purple 'Actions' dialogue). As for 'Behind couch', interact with her on the sofa at noon(not afternoon) and do the same thing. It's probably locked behind a certain affection level though.
