Is there any way to farm for levels and money or respawn enemies apart from finishing a quest?

Also is there any way to forward time or end the day?

I want to grind for a quest I can't beat and I cant find anything that tells me how to do it.

I'm asking specifically for the NORMAL version

Anywhere specific? Like I said I have scavenged every location every couple days and alotted nearly every resource up to 20 but no Nightshade Berries or Antidotes. Should I partner with a specific character as well?

I have gone countless days salvaging for Nightshade Berries on the Camp and Lake as well as killing all zombies when they respawn. In the end all I ever obtained were 3 Nightshade Berries and I accidently wasted one on making a med kit. I require 4 to make an Antidote. Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong or if there just is not enough of that in game? 

PS I have killed all the zombies so many times and they no longer spawn items like in the beginning.

I also obtained 1 of the Antidotes from the salvage point in the Lake area salvage point outside by the trash once but never again.

I have since accumulated almost 20 of just about every other resource in game.
