After 4 tries I won :D I knew the answer to the first two, I had to count on my fingers for the third question, and the last question took several tries lol. This is really one of those games where they throw at you a "hey THINK FAST" thing. I wish if there were more questions, though honestly I don't expect to get past 5 different questions in 20 seconds so the amount is kinda fair

As a touchpad user that will always suck at the real osu, I appreciate how this game doesn't require an actual click. A simple game, but still fun and works well for this jam, I like it :) 

Not to brag but I was able to win in 1.8 seconds B)
If you click the top tip and the bottom point that connects with it automatic win. once I figured that out it became easy. Still though, this is my first time playing a game like this and the concept is fun

Love the cute cozy art style! Game is very simple yet fun :)
It already feels complete, though I wish if there was more requests and potions to craft just bc it's kinda cool unlocking all the plants, and I wanna get to fill in those shelves all the way

The heartbeat sound effect in the background was a quite nice detail. I also do love how the story starts from birth, and then you grow up and things kinda just happen outta nowhere pretty quickly. The choice of colors and story are both intriguing— even though this game something of it still felt new or somewhat... omniscent in some way.

The story is quite intriguing. Loved the music as well! I think this is one of the few entries that really focuses well on the story part, well done :)

Very fun game, definitely does get overwhelming after a while and I'm not sure where I went wrong as well but really made me scream ahhhh lol

Love the 8 bit art style! Game concept is quite simple but unique in itself. I loved seeing the different characters representing different things we should embrace :)

Fun game, loved the story. I found it quite interesting as well since my sister is going into art therapy, will have to share this with her! Also the mini games are sweet. A bit too easy, but the low difficulty matches the art style. 

Quite the experience! Definitely reminds me of the covid days when we all had to stay indoors and do everything from there. Love the 3D view as well! Would've been nicer if I was able to control the view with my cursor rather than the arrow keys though it was still fun

Oh yes, you get an extra jump boost by using the gun while jumping up versus using it while falling down. It's a weird small detail I added while working on the gravity system for this game, the idea is if you're trying to soft land you get a mini boost, but also the gravitational force isn't completely canceled. I think it's a nice touch though I realized it was kinda useless since you're always trying to go up in this game lol
I still kept it in the project cause it took a while to add in, I should've updated it more though.

I interpreted the theme "overheat" as high temperature or anything super hot, so I associated it with the sun and flames. That aside though, I'm really glad that you enjoyed the game!

Huh... make sure your caps lock isn't on! For movement, the keys are coded to be lowercase "wasd" keys. If you have caps lock on, then holding shift would revert them back to lowercase, though turning off your caps lock should be easier than holding shift. Try again and lemme know if the issue is there.

yeah I should've spend a bit more time on the game and less on the menu 😅— maybe then I would've been able to complete my vision for this game. I'm glad you enjoyed it though! I really hate the fact that I only have a touchpad ;-;
I still tried to play this game and got through a bit. Gameplay is a solid 5 stars! I can definitely imagine how fun this would be on mouse, especially after watching the video. I'm excited to try it with a mouse tomorrow!

This game is amazing! The graphics, music, gameplay, and just about everything about it. It's hard to believe you were able to make this in the time of the jam, it's quite impressive! Only down side would be the theme implementation

very simple and fun game! I love it. Highest I got was 29 seconds, I'm never gonna make it on that leaderboard lol

It took me a while to get used to the controls as a WASD user, but besides that this game was actually pretty fun! I love the art and music

I actually love this concept, the gameplay is pretty unique. With a bit more polishing, this would actually make a great mobile game! Even the name is awesome

I read through the bio. You guys are new to making games, so that's understandable. Even though I can't play it, judging from the art and everything the game looks so cool :0

It was difficult to control the submarine at first, but I was able to get used to the controls after a short bit. The game itself is very fun! I love the unique concept, and the pufferfish boss fight at the end was fun to overcome :D

I love the concept of using an ice cube, I think that was pretty creative. The gameplay is also fun!
