is this mod compatible with Simple mod framework or do i need mod framework because i do have both framework installed.
I did use the mod framework to update and apply the mod but it does not appear in game, so i attempted to just put the mod into the Simple mod framework (extracted first) as the files seem to be somewhat similar to other mods in that folder but SMF just does not recognise it and runs a diagnostics forever.

Apologies for this long question but i really am at a loss here, unless mod framework and simple mod framework can not co-exsist.

ok just too address the issue, you need to go to 
C:\Users\*yournamehere*\AppData\LocalLow and delete the FEK folder 

then you should have V0.27
it's normally because the new program reads the OLD files from previous installs.
