Hi, everything is still the same. You just need to turn on dismemberable for head and neck, and turn off the other bones
The list of bones you can configure is: head, neck, chest, 3 parts each arm (upper, lower, hand) and 3 parts each leg (upper, lower, foot)

About making the NPCs more human, so far people really like this crawling animation lol, that's why I'll add more animations/behaviors to make their reactions more realistic. For example in this weekend update they can wet their pants when they are frightened too

Yes you'll be able to pick up weapons by the end of this week. You can use your mouse to interact with menu by pressing f2 (3rd person mode). In 1st person mode (f1) left mouse is for attack therefore you cant click the menu

Well, chopping off body parts isn't hard and potentially doable. The second one is much more difficult. The best I could do is some ripping spell when you can rip out internal organisms like in Mortal Kombat
