Do you know how to use ue4

My idea is to make a simple 5v5 MOBA game. I have collected some free assets from UE4 which can be used for the enivronment. I need teammates to create characters using mixamo animations and add a weapon customization system in the sense each and every character can only equip/use one weapon according to the weapon the animation and player HUD must change. Is anyone interested?

I know it is a dumb question but still, I wanna have a clear idea of this game jam. My game idea is based on player-made dungeons so you can play in different maps made by players without procedural generation. So, is procedural generation mandatory for this game jam?
