Ｆ５/再起動でリセットすれば戻ります。どうやらアクションゲームツクールＭＶのバグのようで、『シーン終了時でも状態を保存』にしていると、ロードしても残るようです。また、最初のステージの鎮痛剤が取れなくなっているので申し訳ありません。
