When i open the game it crashes as soon as i press a button

It went through but it also says pending. I did contact them but they haven't replied yet.

So i bought it and I accidentally put the wrong zip code and clicked purchase and it took my money but I never received the download file or never received the email saying I bought it. but I did receive a confirmation of the purchase through my banking app.
