This soundtrack is so amazing. It's like going to a Renaissance Festival in a JRPG. Even after replaying the game several times, I never got tired of hearing the music. I even listen to it sometimes while doing chores, and working at the computer. My personal favorite is Love in the Wood.
I'm not usually a fan of choose your own adventures since I second-guess myself all the time and can't commit to a choice comfortably. After figuring out how the mechanics worked enough to progress, I went with the Robin Hood that most suited my playstyle: a crusader that escaped the holy war to return home who favors mercy over murder. To my surprise, Robin escaping into the forest brought her into the company of the outlaw Maid Marian. The song that played when they met sank into my brain that this warrior woman is my destiny. I owe a lot to this game, as it was a welcomed distraction from the dumpster fire that is 2020. I've replayed it more times than I can possibly count. Playing until the end of the story was a joy. It's so refreshing to find a game that doesn't punish you for being kind and/or choosing to be non-violent.
