Cool puzzle game! I also got a bit overwhelmed with the tutorial text, but I think the first level introduced the mechanics well. Nice choice of colors too!
I like the mechanic! The jumping was a bit clunky for me. Maybe stop the time first at the start of the level, then have the player click anywhere to start so they'll know which blocks will be affected. Also suggest to add a timeline HUD to know when the rewind stops. Anyways, cool game! :D
