So I got to Daisy: dissapearance, did the quest, bought something at the fighter's guild that I did not want, so I reloaded the save, problem is my last auto save was at 00:00 when the quest appeared, so when I reloaded, Daisy was gone and the quest wasn't there, also for some reason, even though I made the divine symbol a while ago I couldn't continue the questline by talking to Duncan, I'm not sure if that's just how far you can get in the game, but just thought I should mention it since I find it odd

yeah I wanna get rid of a slave how do I do that
