I think you’re talking about a map interface, which doesn’t exist outside of the mission editor.

IIrc the dev had some small legal issues when they attempted to get their game on the ios version of the playstore

Almost all Windows versions up from Windows XP use the same kernel. I suppose outdated graphics drivers or something along the lines.
