good idea. 1 morbillion dollar gacha lootbox incoming :D

Solid flappy style game. With art and a counter it would be even better (though this wasnt a game art class lol)! The jumping feels good and the pacing feels do-able. Some increase in speed or how tight the jumps are after a certain score could be a fun way to increase difficulty.

The physics feels really nice, and provide a good base to continue to implement on. With a little bit of art and some more levels i can certainly see a fully fleshed out game here!

There seems to be a bug where simply pressing play on the level and waiting gives you max stars. (lvl 1)

Thank you! I looked into doing something like this, but didn't know what it was called.

The style of the game is really cute. I can definitely see the vision and it's a really nice start for the game. Angling  (fishing reference?) the camera slightly is a really nice touch to show off assets (THANKS KENNY), even if it creates a lot of issues with tower placement. The tower placement felt easy and consistent.

Adding a small wait or countdown before the pirates start invading might make it a bit easier to understand what's happening before there are so many enemies.

Excited to see what you do with more tower/enemy types and animations!

yea the plan would be to be able to sell fish to buy upgrades that would allow you to catch harder or faster fish

Movement and pushing feels really good. I like that the main menu includes pushing blocks as well. It could be fun if the world had to be pushed to a goal to enter.  The levels had some fun challenges. I especially liked world 2 lvl 5 because of the constraint of the large box. Using text files to make levels is an interesting concept, and could make it very easy for community made levels.

This is very fun. I like the addition of new enemy types since last time, specifically the water cooler enemy that shoots a stream of projectiles. I also like that different enemies drop different amounts of xp. The game feels smooth to play and easy to understand.

It would be nice if the background tiles infinitely instead of just a big square of texture in the center.
