Also didn't get it until I searched for it. Once I saw the solution, it made sense and the major wording issue for me was at the second step.
1) Grind Platinum
2) Ignite Brimstone (Initially thought heat, but to make something go into flames is to ignite something)
3) Add Brimstone
4) Dissolve Antinomy
5) Cool Mixture
6) Add Antinomy
7) Grind Zinc
8) Heat Zinc
9) Cool Zinc
10) Add Zinc
