Health counter.

Hitbox for the player appear to be much larger than the sprite on the first level. This causes many issues with collisions, such as floating off the side of platforms, and difficulties in navigating tight spaces.

I enjoyed having collectibles to find. It would be nice to have a maximum counter on each level to let the player know when they have collected all of them. Either that or a persistent counter between the levels.

Also text on the screen at the end was going off the screen. It was still readable but it seems like that was not your intention for it.

The cursor constantly leaves the bounds of the screen, causing control of the player to break and the guns to cease firing. The lighting appears broken, as half of the map is blindingly bright. The enemies also appeared to phase through walls.

Good map design. The cursor hits the edges of the screen and prevents the player from rotating, meaning the player has to turn 360 degrees on a regular basis in order to look slightly further. Hitboxes of the trees seemed to be slightly broken, as the player and enemies would get caught underneath the leaves. Perhaps put a hitbox on just the trunk?
