I really like this! The music fits well and the fact that you made multiple characters is funny too. I am missing some kind of hit indication and/or health bars for both me and the enemy in order to know how I should be playing or maybe that's part of the drunken experience, maybe a game about drugs would get you to see health bars above your head instead xD.

Anyways really fun game!

xDDDDD ikr, people too sensitive these days.

Yeah I should've thought of a solution for that beforehand and in the end I didn't have time to change anything so I just let it be.

Thank you for playingg!

Thank you! And thank you for playing

Yeahhh just the minimal for the three hours and the difficulty ramp up is quite insane. Thank you for playing!

Hahah truee, thank you for playing!

Hey, thank you so much for playing my game and especially for the feedback!

I understand that the concrete definition of "Free-for-all" doesn't quite match the game, however, I looked at it through another perspective hoping to get at it with a more interesting approach which is why I ended up interpreting the theme as "Free, for all" rather then "Free-for-all". The way I implemented the "Free, for all" theme is by giving my customers free cakes I guess xDD.

Like I said before, thank you for the feedback and have a nice rest of the weekend!

It feels really good to throw webs at enemies! Just pressing left mouse button the whole time does get repetitive as a mechanic. I would've loved to be able to move and, just an idea, have a circle of bugs you have to jump through to deactivate them or something. Just to have a little more interaction with the game. I do really like the sound the web shooting makes. The pixelart is nice, but some assets have a higher pixelcount then others (if you compare the bees to the spider for instance), but you probably already knew that hahah. Anyways, nice game!

Ooo thank you! That's a really good tip, I will definitely do that next time :)). I will play your game too!

Thank you so much for playing!! Yeah my planning sucked a bit so I had to hurry a bit ;-;

I played the downloaded version

Thank you!!

Also, xDD yeah not intended, but we'll call it a feature

Thank you for playing my game! Happy to hear you like the mechanic :)

A simple concept with a good excecution! It plays very smooth and jumping from web to web felt very responsive. I also really like what you did with the story.

The projectile reflection of the puzzle in level 1 seems to not be working properly. Nice concept and the game looks good!

P.S. I had to change the name of the data folder to 'Splitted Game v03_Data'. Probably something that went wrong when overwriting your previous build.

Hey!

I've just played through the demo and I want to start of by saying that it's been a really cool experience. You put a lot of cool and in my opinion pretty well animated jumpscares in and the dialogs were of high quality aswell.

Beforehand I just want to say that this is not ment to shine bad light on your game, but to purely give you some honest feedback.

In these comments I see a lot of people that have enjoyed the demo a lot, aswell as praised the well animated/very scary jumpscares, which I agree with, but only in a demo. I don't know what your future ideas are for your game, but having all these jumpscare events is going to get very boring to players very quickly, not because they're bad, but because there's just no room to purposefully enjoy the story that you've made while being under the constant fear of being jumpscared.

The next thing I want to address is the inventory system. While being interesting having a quick-inventory at first, I quickly became annoyed by having to swap back and forth between the two. What I would suggest is simply being able to interact with certain things while you're holding the item in your hand without additionally having to open a quick-inventory to perform the action instead. A quick-inventory could be cool if used for general game mechanics, looking at quick-inventorys of DOOM and Horizon Zero Dawn, where you have to swap between weapons during battle to fuel a variety of different player-styles, however in this case it doesn't add any real functionality, or atleast not in a practical way.

Anyways, I generally think your game has potential, just don't overuse the jumpscares and maybe try to rethink the current inventory system.

Have a good day!

I got it! Thanks for helping me out!

Hey Dave,

I've red it and will be paying attention to the arrival of your next comment,

Before ending this communication cycle I'd like to tell you that your games have so far been really pleasing to play for myself and with friends (especially since they've shit their pants multiple times haha). Anyways keep up the good work and I'm like others really looking forward to the upcoming Spongebob game. That'd be the game you'd be releasing this year right?

No, it also doesn't show up for me. Atleast if assuming this is what you mean by the top of the page

Hello Dave, I have bought this game around a year or so ago but it couldn't run on my pc. Since I got a new pc I would love to play this really good piece of horror and especially after playing 'A Strange Terror from Beyond the Stars' this game really hypes me up. But now that I showed up here I realize that the game went away from my libraby.. :/ After realizing this I went into the comments and saw this other person had the same problem. It could be some internal problem of Itch.io and you might consider reaching out for this. Anyways I really hope it doesn't seem like I'm just trying to get a free game here, but if it's possible I would really appreciate it if you could also sent a link to a download.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that this is the account I bought it on and I even remember making this account especially to add this game to my collection.

Thanks in regards

I really really like the games you've made so far and am wide open for the upcoming games! Keep up the good work Dave! : )
