Since the topic is healing I wanted to do a mental hospital type place. Basically, The main character gets dropped at a mental hospital by her parents and she explores at night to find it completely different from the morning. She gets dropped into a rabbit hole and doesn't know where she is anymore. She has to get out and heal her mental health in basic ways (drinking water, taking breaks, talking ect...) to get back to her room. As she heals herself, the world around her gets more and more normal and by the end, she gets to her room to go to sleep, and  wakes up in her car while one the way to the mental hospital
