Hi so sorry for the late response. 
I'll include an option so that players can avoid the cuckold fetish in the next update.
The game is still in its infant stage and there are many planned features for the game.

I understand that the idea of Rina engaging in sexual activity with other male characters may not be appealing to everyone, and will definitely consider adding a separate branch where this is not an option.

That being said, I also want to make sure that the game is enjoyable for all players and that all branches of the game are balanced and well-developed. Creating a separate branch can be a significant undertaking, and I need to carefully consider the resources and time that would be required to make this a reality.
