How do you get the lunarability achievement? the prompt says to "bask in the moonlight" but ive tried everything i thought it could mean but still nothing.

I have only one question. One of the loading screen tips said to keep an eye on the statues. I've looked at the statues many times but never noticed anything out of the ordinary so at this point I'm just curious about what that is in reference to.

Im stuck at the mission "The Call". Every single character says to wait for the meeting with the girls but it never happens.

Im stuck on endings 7 and 10. They are the only 2 endings i have left and i just have no idea how to get them going. I got to the part where the cartel guys killed the cop and the hints just kept saying "take care of your dawgs" but i tried attacking and talking to the rapper guys but nothing worked.
