Literally three days ago.

Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I've clicked on every lets inch of the screen in every room. I cannot find the wrist control unit, or anything at all. Literally, what do I do?

I am repeatedly surprised by how wholesome this game can be at times. Like seriously, I almost cried many times and did cry at other times, and that's not even counting the parts that are sad. This game tells a wonderful story.

A winner is you!

Based on her reaction when you max authority and use Aura in class, she is almost certainly fey of some kind, or at the very least she is aware of or attuned to magic in some way

If you use the Itch launcher, it updates automatically. Most Renpy games store their save data in a specific place, so it should keep your saves regardless.

Is this game abandoned?

Same

When maximizing the game while loading, it instantly CTDs.

X3

How do you end the day?

Just to specify, the exposition itself isn't the problem, it's the constant bombardment. Through that entire half hour, except for a minute or so I spent catching pigs, I was clicking away at text boxes waiting for it to end, only to walk for 20 seconds and get hit with another giant wall of text.

I feel like it could be greatly simplified without losing anything important.

Also, I'm sure this is something that will be worked on in the future, but the English is pretty bad and, at times, incomprehensible.

I've been playing for a half hour. It's been nothing but exposition, and I've been skipping through all the text. There is far too much exposition all at once.

That's weird. It doesn't taste like jam...

That was one of my favorite scenes from that movie.
"I'll suck yo diiiiiick man."

(1 edit)

I want those cheese burgers. Oh boy, I sure do hope the price isn't too steep...

I'm fucking dead. You killed me, and now I'm dead.
Depicted the murder weapon below:

  • Bug: Gwen & Ami: Kid Detectives approach the creaking cupboard slowly. Is it the missing jam? A lead? A clue!? AHHHH! NOITSBUGS! ITSBUUUUUUGS!

As someone who played this game for free on Kongregate some years back:
Ten dollars? Really? I mean, it's only $6 on mobile.

4. You can avoid any fall damage if you manage to grab a ledge of a tile.

That's not a bug, that's an intended feature from Spelunky.

Holy shit. This is such a really cool and super faithful recreation of Spelunky for how watered down it looks. Results greatly exceed expectations, this this is amazing.

Yes, after you finish the mana tier.

I think that the OoM upgrade for XP is broken.

I'm making e35 points per second, so the multiplier should be x2^35 since it's 2x per each of the 35 orders of magnitude, or 34,359,738,368 (3.42e10).

Assuming that I'm making exactly 1 XP, then I should be making 3.42e10, but I started with making in the mid e6 XP to low e7 XP.

Yes, but also no. Nintendo sued the creators of the free Pokemon Uranium fan game, and the original creators were forced to step down and leave the project. The only reason it still exists is because the new team remains anonymous so they can't be sued.

Get a VPN

(I'm not actually, completely sure if that works with Steam, but I see no reason why not)

Ah, yes, the idea of being a horny headmaster in charge of teaching and disciplining young girls is such a unique concept.

I remember playing a super, super old version of this many years ago, browser only, before I even heard of Itch.io. Wonder if it holds up...

Was gonna say it had some serious SDT vibes, until I noticed the "inspired by" line.

Why on earth is there a lizard here? Oh, sorry, you're not a lizard. My mistake, carry on.

Probably not your highest priority, but this doesn't install using the desktop app, so I have to manually download and unzip every update.

It's really not a huge inconvenience, just a bit annoying.

Game's great otherwise.

SugarCube just looks nice to, imo. Harlowe is a bit blunt to look at without some serious CSS.

Personally, I would recommend writing with SugarCube. Harlowe is great for beginners, but SugarCube has a lot more versatility and a built-in sidebar you could use for some pretty cool stuff.

It's clearly not abandoned since the dev responded to someones comment three days ago (as of March 26). It's entirely possible that this Itch page intentionally offers an older version so that Patrons have access to a newer version than the free-to-players, so as to offer more incentive to pay.

A lot of game devs do this, sorta like how the free version of Ravenfield is a much older version than the paid Steam version.

I agree with this too. That would've prevented me losing all my custom ships when my old computer conked out on me.

I still miss my little Zephyr...

It was never implemented (hence the term "non-functional Pre-Alpha)
Also, this game's development has been terminated and I'm working on a new project, sorry if this piqued your interest.

For those who don't know, RNJesus is the diety of RNG (Random Number Generator)

I'm sitting there, clearing out rooms without taking a single hit thinking, "Wow, RNJesus is on my side!" Next room I encounter, enemy rolls a perfect ten on three attacks in a row, and a 7,8,5 on defense, I died hard...

This is great, nice explanations too

Could you undo that change where the camera unlocks from "insignificant ships", or at least add an option where you can keep it locked on? 'Cause I like to sit there and blast every last tiny piece of a ship apart, and it's really hard to do that when it's flying away from the camera at Ls10
