I’m writing to seek urgent assistance regarding a critical issue with my itch.io account and projects. I have been an active user of the platform, consistently posting my games without any issues. However, I recently discovered that my account, along with all my projects, is no longer accessible or discoverable by anyone, even when attempting to access them directly via URL. It’s as if my profile and game pages no longer exist, despite me being able to log into my account and view everything as usual.

I have not received any emails explaining why this has occurred. I submitted a support request (Request #225014) over ten days ago but have not received any response. I have thoroughly reviewed the documentation on why projects may not appear in search or browse results, but none of the scenarios apply to my situation.

I discovered this problem when a company attempted to review my portfolio and found that my page was completely inaccessible, which was quite frustrating. It’s critical to my professional work that my page remains visible, and at the very least, I should have been informed about why this has happened.

I should note that prior to posting my latest game, "Nova Heights," my page was functioning normally. The game was a collaborative project with multiple developers, and we ended up posting the same version of the game, though my version was posted later. I’m concerned that this might have been mistakenly flagged as plagiarism, which is not the case, as my name is clearly credited in the game.

This situation is severely impacting my professional endeavors, and I urgently need to know what has happened to my account and projects. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response or at least an explanation for this issue.
