Oh! sorry for the late reply, these are made from base sprites (nude/bald) and then i just added clothes and hair on a layer on top of the sprite. For animation, i used aseprite and fr just moved them down one pixel from about a halfway sprite body point, and then back up again. I can actually post my base sprites here if you're interested, but they are without outfits/hair by default.  

Oh shoot! You are too nice,  thank you! I checked out that other artist's work and it's very gorg, I can see the color similarities for sure! I also usually pick a way different color scheme for things, usually pink lol. But I wanted to try something a bit different. Glad you like them! made my day (: 

This game is cute incarnate, really cute and clean UI and menus. I love the aesthetic. The cats are really cute, can't wait to unlock a special cat :3 The minigames are fun too, really nice gameplay element!
