if you're on windows, right click the zip file and click "extract here" (or something, I'm on Linux so I forget exactly what it's called), then open the new folder/directory named 'Buckshot Roulette', click the file with the .exe extension
If you're on Linux, things get more complicated, but for my particular set up I had to run `chmod a+rx Buckshot\ Roulette` to make the .x86_64 file run as a binary, so that may help
