the bottom left pixel of the image determines the transparency color, chances are that the outline is using that pixel, which in turn, makes the outline transparent.

this is made in an older version of gamemaker (a modified version of 8.1) which doesnt support exporting to android. so boll team legitimately can't make a native chromebook/android version until the new engine is finished

gm82's missing because its creator doesn't work on the game anymore. you don't need gm82 to mess with charm, though. you can just open the gml file in something like notepad++
