Yes they are. They just got over having covid, they put an update on their patreon.

Hello,  I was wondering if it would be possible to download from somewhere other than mega as my college blocks the site so I have no way to download.

The game does still release for just not on here, v0.6.0 is free on  Patreon. But they still should say they won't update here anymore here though.

This is a well-made game and I can't wait for more updates just went and bought it on steam more than worth it. Can't wait to see what direction you decide to take the game and any others you make.
